Don Richards began his private appraisal practice in 1991 and has a diverse background in the nursery industry, the Christmas tree industry, and the arboricultural industry. Since that time, Mr. Richards has performed over 500 inventory valuations, including those for banks and lending institutions, FDIC, assorted types of nursery operations, greenhouse operations, Christmas tree plantations, for farm vehicles, equipment, supplies and non-fixed structures. Certified Plant Materials and Equipment Appraisal Fees are based on the use of a refillable retainer and an hourly rate and are reasonably and customarily priced, depending upon the needs of the client and the purpose of the valuation. Professional opinion letters are also offered on a separate fee basis. Not-to-exceed estimates are available on request. Specific references are available for appraisal services.
